The things that you may think is "beneath you" are the very same things that will make you a better technical person . Its not always about being the guy mixing at FOH, you have to know a lot of other things that happen behind the scenes... setting up, knowing how things work, making decisions, managing people & being managed by someone above you.. best of all, you will learn what it is to be at the bottom and moving all the way to the top.....that experience will make you the best all around sound guy.
